he is cool with very few people doing this; feel lucky ]

[he's tempted to scratch right above it, but even though you're a puppy, you're still ryuusei, and he's a little hesitant to just grab your butt like that even if you probably couldn't punch him to death with tiny corgi paws]

She's taken particular interest in holding me up and watching my legs flail because I can't feel the ground. It's even worse over water. I start paddling on reflex.

I'm not sure. I was on my way to the mess hall, and then this. I think it had something to do with all the bubbles. Shiba-san was a woman when I saw him.
