Garu-chan's summons him. I'm not certain what Eiji's does; he isn't a mage and I've never seen it used.

[hm] It's interesting seeing different types of magic used. I'm used to destructive and manipulating magic.

There are different types, are there not? Offensive, defensive, support.

Sure, they exist. But my enemies tend to stick to barriers, wide-effect spells, and explosions.

Are they specific to the user? Or are they magical items, meaning anyone can use them.

It's . . . I'm not certain. There are some rings Haruto wasn't able to use at one point in time that he was in another. He's able to use Kousuke's rings, but I don't believe Kousuke is able to use his rings; not outside the Engage rings.

Sounds complicated.

Kousuke is a different type of mage than Haruto.

So it would work differently. That makes sense.

Haruto using Kousuke's rings is merely adding additional abilities to certain elemental attributes.

I couldn't say for certain. They've never truly fought one another.

Guess if they are friends, they wouldn't.

Whether or not they're friends doesn't make a difference. They just may not necessarily want to kill each other.

I know someone who basically hates me, but we still get along. Usually. Figured it was like that.

I don't know much about humans in general. But everyone I know has a lot of friends. And they don't hate each other. They work together well, and are actually pretty nice sometimes.

Even people who aren't friends can be nice to each other and help each other.
