Judging by the weight and knowing it's you, it's probably diamond.

It's a clear sapphire. That's what happens when sapphires are produced under high-heat conditions. Your planet can't do it naturally, at least not very often.

It happens very rarely below the surface, too. And they're not usually this clear. This came from someplace outside your whole solar system, where they're common. Because the conditions are perfect for them.

Because none of them have no reason to think otherwise. This planet's barely started to touch the surface of space travel. No one's gone out further than Earth's moon. At least, no human or animal.

I suppose the easiest way to describe it is that they're similar to Riders, but instead of using the switches through the drivers, they take in the Cosmic Energy directly from the switch. It's usually their own selfish desires that twist them into something terrible.
